In this first part of the course we will look at how to distinguish between deprivation driven eating and emotional eating and also give you the first of the three different strategies to help you reduce binge eating episodes.
You will get the access to the tool / practice of the HALT (Success) Chart which will help you create a deeper awareness of what is going on when you find yourself eating in ways that feels out of control.
Watch the video and download the chart. Then take a few days to use the chart to notice what is going on when you are reaching for food.
